The YTV F-Series AOI system, with YESTech’s state-of-the-art Fusion Lighting™, delivers the most complete and intuitive automated PCB inspection solution. It is ideally suited for high-volume or high mix manufacturing environments provides helps to improve quality, increase throughput and reduced costs and. Fusion Lighting and advanced image processing technology integrates several techniques, including color, normalized correlation and rule-base algorithms, to provide complete inspection coverage with an extremely low false failure rate. The F-Series AOI off-line programming also maximizes machine utilization with real-time SPC monitoring, and provides a valuable, easily configurable and portable yield enhancement solution across multiple manufacturing lines.
The B3 AOI Inspection offers up to a 3x improvement in inspection speed, new and advanced image processing technology, providing the highest defect coverage available of any benchtop system. The B3 is now available with two top-down viewing Thin Cameras™ for even more effective inspection of smaller components down to 01005’s. The combination of two cameras, one at a standard magnification and the other set to a higher magnification allows for small component inspection without a significant increase in cycle times. Conversely the second camera can also be set at a lower magnification for better through-hole or odd form component inspection. Configurable for all line positions, the YTV B3 and F-Series are equally effective for paste, pre / post-reflow or final assembly inspection. Off-line programming maximizes machine utilization and real-time SPC monitoring provides a valuable yield enhancement solution.
