YESTech Ships 500th Inspection System to Panasonic

San Clemente, CA, January 16 , 2007 – YESTech, the innovative provider of Automated Optical and X-Ray Inspection Systems, announced the sale of its 500th system to Panasonic Automotive Systems in Reynosa, Mexico, maker of car audio systems.

Panasonic first purchased a YESTech AOI system in 2005 after evaluating several different systems. “We are pleased with the performance and return on investment that our first YESTech systems have provided. When it became time to purchase additional systems our decision was easy based on our confidence in the people at YESTech and their ability to support our needs around the world,” said Jose Rojas, SMT Engineer Leader at Panasonic.

The YESTech AOI system provides important feedback on manufacturing processes and is ideal for ensuring product quality. The system's user interface and ease of programming makes operation fast and intuitive. The software package is available in several different languages including English, Spanish and Chinese.
